Hi,
I'm not sure why that error is occuring. That information alone probably won't be enought to figure out why this is happening. I would recommend contacting NI support to try and resolve this issue.

Hi jimbrown60,
Do you see this problem after upgrading to LabWindows/CVI 2013 SP2?
Can you provide system information such as OS, OS-bitness, other software currently installed?
Have you tried running LabWindows/CVI as an Administrator (i.e., right-clicking LabWindows/CVI and selecting Run as administrator)? Does this cause a change in behavior?
Are there any errors logged in Windows Event Viewer? If so, could you clear the event log, reproduce the issue, and send the list of events logged?
Thanks,

A trouble ticket has been created and is being pursued. I have recorded the crash data via the ConfigCVILogging.exe tool.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the software and associated applications twice now. Something is being left behind or is scrambled in the registry. Unfortunatly I do not have administration right over my machine, so the process is slow.
I will report the final outcome, but at the moment I am looking at reimaging my machine to start a fresh install without any leftovers.

No I did not get a resolution. I ended up having IT flatline my machine and had to rebuild it. Good Luck.
I believe it all started when I downloaded an IVI library different from the NI library.
