CVI Update SP1 & SP2

Hi everyone,

I have got LabWindows CVI 2013 with academic license, however when I want to update through "NI Update Service" I get this message:

"This update requires  a Standart Service Program subscription. Service was not found for this product."

and then when I press "Explian" button I directed to website that does not work: "http://digital.ni.com/express.nsf/bycode/UpSvcSSPRenew"

How can I solve it?

Even if they're called SP1 and SP2 these updates cannot be applied for free to a CVI 2013 installation.

When you pay for a SSP subcription, you have the rights to install the updates.

If not, you must contact NI and pay for these updates.
