Bug on changing panel attributes within LabWindow/CVI 7.0

Hello,
I upgraded from LabWindows/CVI 5.5.1 to 7.0 and accunter some problems with LW/CVI 7.0 when I want to change some panel attributes on my .uir file, as Enabling/Disabling "Scale Contents On Resize", those changes are not taken into account. It is really a problem!
(What is also noticed is that the "Other Attributes"-Button and the related "Ok"-Button have to pressed two times before reacting).

Curiously, it only happened yesterday (first day I was using the new LabWindows version on my machine) and I could also reproduce it each time on new panels for the project. But today, all seems to work normally again (also does the strange double clicks).

I think it had something to do with the transition from LabWindows 5.5.1 to 7.0. It was maybe because the project was not saved in 7.0 at this moment.
