Anyone know how to convert between QUASI FLOATING POINT and WINDOWS float type

Guys,

 

I have to talk to a control board from my LabWindow/CVI application, which need to convert "float", "int" to QUASI FLOATING POINT. Do anyone  know what's  QUASI FLOATING POINT, and the algorithm for conversion of these two kind of data type?
