ActiveX automation controller unable to find registered automation servers

When trying to execute ActiveX automation controller
wizard tt searches for registered automation servers but unable to find them. I have reinstalled CVI ,but the prblem persists. Error message I get is "UNABLE TO FIND THE SPECIFIED FILE"

Hello

Were there any errors reported when you were installed CVI? Generally, when un-installing CVI due to wierd problems, I would recommend deleting the CVI folder from the program files folder, getting rid of the CVI Run-time files from the system32 folder ( the dll's should have names that start with cvi). Then reboot, and try installing it again.
