ActiveX Error, WebBrowser Example, XP

There is an ActiveX example that comes with LabWindows 6.0 called WebBrowser that uses ActiveX components to create a Web Browser in Measurement Studio. I can not get it to run on my XP machine. I get the following error:

"Error in Call to Load Panel.
Parent Panel Handle: 0
URL Filename: WebBrowser.uir
PanelResource ID: 2
Error Code: -143
ActiveX Control Error.

This example uses Internet Explorer's ActiveX control interface. You could be getting this error because you have an older version of internet explorer or may not have it installed. What version of IE do you have on your machine?
