Add display format "SI Notation" to numeric controls

It has been suggested earlier (here) to provide the LabVIEW feature of a display format 'SI notation' allowing to directly enter 100 kHz (instead of 100000 or 1e5)

Yeah, I always wanted a numeric with a 'unit' attribute. Which would display 123kHz, but allowing copy/paste of the number, inc/dec arrows, etc like a normal numeric. You can do it with a string, but you lose all the advantages of a numeric.
