urgent - path planning

greetings fellow programmers,
I am working on DANI robot, and created a MAP of a room, by controlling the robot's movements using Labview. I have used maxsonar EZ1 sensor. Now if I have to move it from a point A to point B in the map, how would I do so?
NOTE:Assuming there are moving obstacles (or slight change in the environment), I will use the same sensor for obstacle avaidance as well.

Any information will be appreciated.
Regards,
Danish
