unknown publisher while running executable .vi

I have build an executable .vi (app) with the required info filled:

However, while running this executable app from different computers, some are fine while some of them prompts user with the following warning message.

What have I missed? Can anyone help me to resolve this please?

I would hypothesize that it is a "security" issue, such as a virus scanner or security policies.

Thanks Bob. I suspect that too, but the computers with warning message should have the same security policies and antivirus as other company computers.

If it is security policy or antivirus, do you know where and how I can check and what setting could be triggering that?

The best place to check is with your IT department. It's certainly possible that they have set different levels of protection for different users or computers.
