Did you mean:

to lock a particular screen

I want to lock the front panels of different  VIs as per key interlocking in my project....all the front panels are on different monitors and I want them to be locked as per the conditions or cases given. Is it possible? Am using LabVIEW 2010 32-bit

What do you mean by locked and what is an interlocking project?  What are the "conditions or cases" you are interested in?

I don't understand what you want either exactly, but there is a cursor palette which includes VIs for setting the cursor to busy or unbusy for a specific VI.

to lock a vi means to disable particular controls of front panel in run time

You can use a property node and set the disable property. It is really very simple.
