timing problem with DAQ data with start from front page

timing problem with DAQ data with start from front page

When I start my data acquisition from the front page I get a timing problem. The DAQ recognizes data too late.
When I start the same VI from the diagram page the timing problem disappears. What is the reason and how can I solve that? I use LabView 7.0
