here's my solution :

non DST to DST (for RT).png

Between the last sunday of march 2am and the last sunday of october 3am I need a add 1h.

This solution supports english, german and french, not sure that it's necessary (haven't checked)... I assume VxWorks targets only speak english but I had a doubt, and when in doubt use brut force!

Ask them if their watch supports daylight saving time. I suspect it may need manual intervention also Smiley Very Happy

For distributed systems I would always try to use UTC anyway. Local time conventions can be changed at the whim of a government.

I did try to convince the customer to use a time server and to use UTC but I failed at it 😞

And yes the DST dates can change from country to country... and even be change in a country... the example NI gives here is interesting : http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/7E5CB910B1685C8B8625731A005FCB62
