testing of sram ic using laview

i have to test a sram bq4010 ic sing labview. as it is a 64k memory so it is not possible to test so many locations so how do i decide how many locations i need to test and which locations would those be. also how do i program al this using labview.

Generally with a memory test you need to test all memory locations, since a failure at one will usually render the entire array useless.  As for how to test it with LabVIEW, what kind of memory is it, and how do you plan in interfacing to it?
