temperature control using fuzzy logic

Hello I am building a temperature control system using Fuzzy PID, I am building a self tuning PID gains by a fuzzy logic algorithm, but the problem I know the rules for the parameters of PID but dn't know the approximate range in membership of each output . does any one have a small example jst to explain or help me determine the values knowing that I dn't have a real transfer function of the heater

Hello, Can you give more informationa about the software you are using? Are you using the fuzzy logic toolkit?

thank you so much for replying ,yes I'm using the fuzzy logic toolkit

I'm trying to control the temperature of a heater(1st order system), using the fuzzy logic in labview to tune the PID parameters (kp,ki and kd) I know the rules to be used but I could not determine the member ship functions ranges. knowing that I will send the output of the fuzzy logic by the opc server to the PID of the PLC siemens s7 300 . if u can give me some advice or small example how ti tune a basic example that will be nice

again thanx for ur help 🙂
