I am currently attempting to edit a TDMS file and make it a excel file. I am getting error-2147319779 saying that the error "occurred at Library not registered.". Does anyone know how to fix this?

I actually managed to make my script run with no errors, but now I am confused as to why my script wont produce an excel file in addition to my TDMS file. Any idea why that is?
