stop while loop from instrument reading

Hi I have a while loop that I would like to stop when a temperature reading on a device I am using reaches a certain value how can I go about doing that?

Not really everything I have done has been mainly from piece milling different example programs together to create what I have now.

The gpib works fine now so dont worry about that. I am just  trying to figure out how to get a reading from a machine to be away to stop a while loop.

This should be trivial if you have taken even the shortest of tutorials. Have you tried anything at all? Do you know how to stop a while loop with a Boolean? Attach a VI or image of you are stuck.
