I'm interested in make a project on Home Automation. I'm new on LabView.It would be great if somebody could help me with some projects to have an idea.

Before getting involved in a large project that may require understanding sensors, processing data, etc., spent a few months mastering LabVIEW (at least be able to pass the Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer exam).  Once you've taken as many of the Tutorials and viewed as many videos and done as many examples as you can, find some doing LabVIEW and learn from them.

i would like to know if it's possible to use DAQmx with myRIO , because i use DAQmx and i want to test it using myRIO device!

No, DAQmx is not supported with the myRIO - but it has it's own onboard analogue/digital IO which you can write FPGA/RT code to read/write to.
