set subpanel scroll area

im using a subpanel to display a number of plots for my project. managed to display it right in my frame at 0,0 origin but when i run my main vi although the subpanel is displayed right theres more to be scrolled up and keeps scrolling in that direction. 

how could i set my subpanel to stop scrolling when the scrollbar reaches the top? (and bottom)

managed to hide the horizontal scrollbar so i "solved" it as for the horizontal scrolling. but i need to be able to scroll vertically. and the scrollbar just does not stop. 

any ideas? thank you all in advance.

Are you trying to remove the scroll bar altogether? Also, can you attach your VI with your response
