set scales on graph

Hi,
I want to be able to take information into a graph but the user to decide the axis parameters. This is for a 2D graph. I need the user to be able to decide the axis lengths and so only that much of the graph will be seen and saved to an excel file. At the moment all of the graph is seen and saved. I would hope for something like having two graphs visible, the large one ant the user selected one.
