Hi, I was using the serial port to get data from SR830. I wanted to try to communicate with spex monochromator one day. After that time, MAX prompted me that there is a conflict on the port. Even if I changed the port name, I lost communication with SR830. Can you tell me what happened and what I should do, or how can I go back to my original configuration? Regards, tes
