reading from xcel spreadsheet

Hi,

I want to read datas from a microsoft excel .xls file.

I did that by using "read from spread sheet file vi" but its only reading 1st column..not reading the other columns...

How to implement that?

Hi Jerry,

- did you read the help for "Read from spreadsheet file"? It's not intended to read *.xls files...

- Did you search the forum for "Read Excel files"?

- Did you look at the examples coming with LabVIEW? (like "Write Table to XL.vi"?)
