This same problem has been discussed in 2012. (see also the linked LAVA discussion).

I don't think there was a full explanation or solution.

 

I wonder if there is a CAR.

maybe it's not a bug but something like that. (I tend to agree with tst)

 

Maybe someone from NI could tell us if this is a bug (with a CAR) or not ?
