What happen if it tries to create the same subfolder \201208271210? This could happen if the time difference in creating folders is within a minute.

Then I get error 10 (duplicate path), but it does not delete any files or folders.

If you just run the code you uploaded, does it still delete files? Or do you have some other code which could be responsible for that?

hmm. Probably I did (or some other parts of the code did) something wrong..
Now I don't see the delete problem anymore..
