problem with download vi to flash memory using labview and spartan 3e starter kit

Hi all, i am learning how to program fpga using labview fpga module. i am following the Vincent Claes's cources but i found it seems the 'download vi to flash memory ' does not work. i have finished compiling the vi and check the 'run when loaded to fpga' and then download it to flash memory. according to the course by Vincent , after downloading to the fpga, just press the PROG button on this board and then the program will start . but after i press the PROG button, it seems that the board reset to the factory set value, not my program. anyone knows why? thanks alot! the starter board is ordered last week from digilent and all the jumpers remain unchanged.
