problem with Rf communications library's mpsk pll demodulator sub vi

Hi all ,

        Iam using rf communications fixed point lib 3.0's mpsk pll demodulator subvi to demodulate qpsk signal . but the problem is one out of three succesive runs the receiver output constellation is rotating i.e iam getting circle . when it locks to the input output constellation is acurate. 

 

Q1. Am i the only one getting this problem or is this  a common problem?

 

Q2. How to overcome the problem?
