Hi there,
When I run the peak analysis on capillary electropheresis data, I find out that not all the peaks are detected due to the peak overlap. Any idea about the peak deconvolution? Any examples?

Hi Linghu

Could you provide us with some data to have a look at? Peak detection is a bit of a black art, knowing a bit about your data will help define the best strategy.
