It does appear to be a hardware issue. Is the card still on warranty? If so you may want to send it for repairs.
Try resetting the PCI-5105 in Measurement
& Automation Explorer (MAX) and then perform another Self Test.
If the
device continues to fail the Self Test with the same error, contact your local National Instruments technical support representative. He/She should be able to give you instructions on how to return it for repairs.
