pci 5105 -error

Hello,

my pci 5105 have the problem in the painel test or self test or some program: " The device self test has failed. error -200313 occurred at self test.

Possible reason: Mesurement: Hardware clocking error occurred. ..."

 

The clock is internally.

 

My pci was working, but now happen this problem.

 

I think pci is not working anymore.

 

 I need hardware suport, I think.

How I procedure?

Check if there is any voltage to the clock.

Check the voltage rails.  

 

It does appear to be a hardware issue.  Is the card still on warranty?  If so you may want to send it for repairs.

 

Try resetting the PCI-5105 in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) and then perform another Self Test. 

If the device continues to fail the Self Test with the same error, contact your local National Instruments technical support representative.  He/She should be able to give you instructions on how to return it for repairs.
