panes using splitter - error 1358

Hi,

I've a problem using panes with a vertical splitter. When I wan't to scale only one object (a tree) in a pane I get the error 1358 when setting programmatically the splitter position. I am using it to expand/collapse the pane. Without using the option "Scale Object with Pane" on the tree object everything works fine but without resizing the tree object automatically. The error explanation says that I can set the minimum size of the pane but it is already set to 1/1. and I wan't to set the splitter position to 10.

What's going wrong in this case?
