Apok, you do realize you could just use the Greater Or Equal? instead of subtracting and then comparing to 0.  I'd hate to throw you onto the Rube Goldberg thread...

It seems silly to check every 100ms for something that will probably take a long time (are we there yet... are we there yet...are we there yet).

It would seem more reasonable to check occasionally (e.g. when certain buttons are pressed) or measure once and and then define a timeout mechanism.
