hi

 

i am using a transfer function to run a dc motor in labview, so i need to know how calculate the friction torque constant of a motor.

 

I have seen this constant in the following link: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/6931#toc2

 

please help me out because i have to use this in my project.

There is no way to calculate a friction torque constant.  That is a property of the motor.  You will have to contact your motor manufacturer to see if they have a way to calculate that, or some sort of table or chart for your motor that gives the constant.
