No, but you could do this on your own - simply set the property to Disabled (not disabled and greyed) and use the control's color properties to set the color (each class has a different property, so you'll need to find the relevant one). Note that the color properties generally don't change the color of the entire control, so you won't get the exact same effect, but I assume it should be clear enough. Also note that UI conventions exist for a reason - while there may be a good reason you want to use another color to represent "disabled", it's generally a good idea to stay with the conventions that people already know and understand.
