I guess you could try the repair tool. You can get to that through the Control Panel >> Uninstall Programs >> National Instruments Software >> Uninstall/Change. If that fails uninstall LabVIEW, redownload it, and reinstall it. Sorry I don't have more helpful suggestions.
This is definitely strange. Please try the repair that NLutz suggested and let us know the results! We would like to determine why this is happening if a repair doesn't fix the images.
