Are you able to run your code modules outside of TestExec? And if so do they work fine there? It comes down to what has changed since you reformatted and if you have all the right software on the machine. So all TestExec does is call different code from CVI and LabVIEW. If the code works fine outside of TestExec then it should work inside of TestExec (unless there is something wrong with TestExec). Which what I'm trying to find out. So maybe you can make a very simple piece of code and call it from TestExec and see if you still get errors.
tst is right in assuming that NI does not support this software anymore. However, there are updated versions of TestExec on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/testexec/updates/
