Wait, when you start it up it doesn't show up with the FRC tutorials, help, projects, etc? Is it possible to take a screenshot of your splash? If you installed all of the FRC software, you should see the FRC environment rather than LabVIEW. LabVIEW will be a rectangular shape with options to create a new project in the left and a history of projects/VIs you've worked with on the right. Which of these are you seeing?
