intensity threshold value

Hi Guys, I have a 2d array, the dimension is 320*260. And it contains 100 threshold values. How can i pick out the the threshold value and positon of each threshold values.

How do you define the threshold value. If you have a single threshold value you can use the following method to get the values and their respective indexes.
