You reduced (interpolated) the data. Did the total span remained 50mm? Does the 64x64 data points spans through 50mm in total? Should the circle fit completelly into the square area of available data?

Actually the data you posted have 65 columns. That one is filled with zeros only, so I ignore it.

I understand that you wish for integral, but dependent on your goal, you might be happy with a sum, too. The difference may be marginal.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I could't open the file as my version LAbVIEW is 2013.Can you send another file so I can open it with LV2013? I attached the simulation snapshot image with COMSOL and snapshot of interpolated using the LabVIEW. For the time being this the best method that I manage to do. I tried with higher resolution (128x128) however it cause my computer runs slowly.
