how transfer an object to front or back of another object?

I have a problem with appearance of program design. can you help me?

when I design an appearance by my objects in labview, some of them have overlap together. but one of them should be in front or back of another unexpectedly. now, how can I change their situations from back to front or front to back?

Ctrl + Shift + J and Ctrl + Shift + K to move to front or back. Ctrl + J/K to move forward or backward.
