Convert your numeric data to strings and use Write to Spreadsheet in string format. Write to Spreadsheet in the latest version of LabVIEW gives you this option. In older versions, you could modify Write to Spreadsheet per the instructions on the block diagram or use Array to Spreadsheet String and Write Characters to File.
