How to read read the data from a file in anohter computer which need to login with user name and password?

Exactly what are you trying to do?

If you are trying to read a file that is located on another PC, you shouldn't need to login to that PC.  Is it Windows? A mac?  A linux machine?  If it is windows, you should be able to share the directory that contains the file and give it the permissions to allow the PC that has the LabVIEW program to access the file.

If you are actually trying to physically login to the PC remotely, I doubt you'd be able to do it with LabVIEW.  Operating systems are designed with a security that model that should prevent this.  No one wants to run the risk of a PC being hacked into with a program that could be written by just about anyone.
