i want to put the value of item selected in the combobox  in the clause where .help please

I'm not sure exactly what you are getting at. You want to take a value from a combo box and put it where?

You can just use the Value property in a property node of a Combo Box and that will give you the currently selected combo box item. You could then concatenate that into your Where clause.
