Did you mean:

how to protect an exec. from being opened by someone with Labview

I have created an executable and would like to protect it from being modified by a supplier who has labview.
Can you help?

There's nothing to help with. The code is removed when you build an executable and therefore no one can modify the executable.

Hello,
if it's an executable (built with LV application builder), the supplier will
not be abble to modify it with labview...
If it's a Vi or a LLb, you must "save with option" in LV and choose
"distribution for application" if you don't want to modify it (it suppress
diagrams) or choose "distribution for developpement" and "apply new
password".

As both tst & Jerome explained, you can protect your code.  Especially if you only provide an executable, they cannot modify anything within the code.
