how to force reinstall of LV 8.6

How do I make a LV 8.6 DVD installer rerun (redo or overwrite) the installation.

My steps leading to this issue - I deleted the Labview 8.6 folder after uninstalling LV8.6. Well something went awry on the subsequent reinstall and thats how I wind up with the DVD not redoing an install. I believe after I swap the Resource Disk for the Installer Disk 1, install Resources, then don't reinsert the Disk 1 installer disk, results in errors or some kind of crash.

NI software does no longer shows up in the Windows "Add Remove Programs" pop up. The National Instrument folder contains 3 folders, "Interfaces", "NI-DAQ" and "Shared".

Try running ccleaner. It can help clean out unused or corrupted registry entries.

At the end of my install attempt, 8.6 runs License Manager and a pop-up error occurs. See the attached.

Any  soln where I don't have to use a third party tool?

I had similar problems in the past and NI support suggested using MSIBlast .
