Please ignore my previous message. I finally found the solution. I should not put the Log XY Data.VI together with other functions or inside a big while loop, otherwise it will not work correctly. I used the VI in parallel with my main VI. The only relation between them is the STOP button, X and Y input, and the XY array output.
