how to convert the binary file generated to ascii file

I have created a VI that creates the binary file. I want to read this file through matlab. But I am unable to read it since I am not knowing the format of it. I want to convert it into the ascii file format so that it can be read by matlab. I am attaching my VI here. Thanks.

The page you provided has a zip file that will not download any more from the NI website.

Hi Elizabeth,

those zip file isn't available to the public because it's located on some NI ApplicationEngineering internal server... (ae.natinst.com)

This has been complained several times before, someone at NI should check all links that are meant to be open to public... (Or use a simple text search on the html code of your website )
