Please go through some basic LabVIEW materials. You need some understanding on the basic programming and also the use of LabVIEW primitives.

It also helps things if you learn to keep your diagrams clean.  Avoid wire bends and keep things concise.

You are picking the rows. Change the Index wire to column inside the for loop.
