how to acquire signals in seconds inside a while loop

Hi, I am trying to record power and wavelength of a laser using ILX light wave power meter. I 'am attaching the developed VI with this post. Here the computer recordes the power and wavelength in milliseconds in the graph. I need a control for the timing the data recordes like I want to record power in intervals of minutes or seconds. What additional things I have to do for this. Please help

Try to make use of the Timing functions available in LabVIEW. If you are stuck with that also then come back.
