handling events with boolean controls

Hi all
Hi dev,
In the vi what u have attached i tried to monitor only boolean2 control in event structure loop but its not
recognising the booelan2 event alone,since its not latched type how to handle such unlatched boolean control alone in event loop.
Along with boolean2 if i add timeelapsed then event is recognising,if i remove timeelapsed then its not working
what i have to do if i have to recognise

        Can you tell me one thing that, is it possible to fire the True or false event of the boolean control instead of value change event? even by registering new user generated events?
