How to solve this error?

Why don't you show us the code that generates that error.

I just figured it out.
I was working with a .DLL that we created for a product that we have produce. One of our Software Engineers wrote an API that allows me to control the product. This was written in visual studio and compiled to a .NET DLL.
I use the LabVIEW .NET hooks to operate it.
Having successfully created this LV control and used it for a number of years, I blamed the new Operating system and or a bug in LabVIEW .NET.
What I found is that the DLL has to be on the local machine to work properly. (DA!)
I was relying on the DLL that was on our network drive and it was not associating it with any local resources.
Problem solved.
