front panel background

I can't change the background image on my front panel. LV2013 SP1. Two different machines. Any ideas?

do you refer to the "Panel Background" tab in the panel property dialog?

What do you mean by "You cannot change the background"? Is it that this tab is missing? That you cannot select another image?

From Front Panel of a VI. Right click on lower scroll bar>properties>background. I cannot select another background.

or nothing happen after click on another image ?

or other image does not show up on the list ?
