fpga ressources saving

Hey guys,

I have build my own SPI interface to communicate with an ADC. The problem is, that the code needs so much ressources and I dont understand why.

Maybe you can give me some advice how to save ressources. That is how much I need for the attached code:

I can not use a normal while loop, because I need fast timings to reach a high sample rate.

Hope you find some stuff to improve.

It would also be a great help, if someone could confirm the FGPA usage and/or tell me what is taking so much ressources.
